The Public Guardian is scoping changes to guardianship supervision, to assess ways which offer more tailored and proportionate supervision but without any reduction in the overall level of protection. There are various dimensions to this and we are as yet just at the first stages of our deliberations; we will update via this page on a monthly basis.
