There is a waiting period before your power of attorney (PoA) can be processed and returned to you. We are working on:
- EPOAR submissions: received on 13 July 2016, 61 business days waiting period
- Manual submissions: received around 1 June 2016, 92 business days waiting period
To request an expedited registration of a PoA “on cause shown” please email POA-INV@scotcourts.gov.uk inbox. This measure will allow the service to be managed appropriately and help ensure that the process is being used in cases of true urgency.
