Staff within OPG have access to Experian, a credit search facility that can supply other useful information. We reserve the right to carry out an Experian check on guardians and/or the adult throughout the lifetime of a financial guardianship order, any adverse findings may be reported to the Sheriff. Credit ratings are not affected by this search, and further information can be found on the FAQ section of this website.
