Following a review and based on its performance, we are pleased to announce that, effective from 1st April, the Marsh scheme for Bonds of Caution premium costs will be reducing considerably for both Lay and Professional Guardians. To further assist Professional Guardians obtain these improved terms, we have also negotiated increased acceptance levels for Professional Indemnity Limits for solicitor firms’ Professional Guardians.
