We appreciate that in some cases there is a genuine need for a PoA to be urgently processed due to the granter’s needs and that when there are longer waiting times there is a greater chance of an expedite being sought.
From 30th April 18 a PoA expedited request form will be available for customers wishing to request that a PoA be processed via the expedited registration service. For information, 2,438 PoAs were processed via the expedited registration service between April 2017- March 2018.
