We are currently processing electronic (EPOAR) submissions received on 3 July and postal submissions received on 6 June and appreciate that we are currently out with our processing target of 30 working days. Processing times were on target until recently and we are taking measures to rectify the position, including training a large number of new staff.

An expedited registration service is available for PoAs that are to be processed urgently. If you wish to use this service, please make an application and provide the reason why your PoA requires to be processed urgently.
