2018 Web user survey findings

Survey work helps us find out how we are doing, what we do well and what we could do differently or better.

Our website user survey ran from July to September 2018. The purpose of the survey was to find out more about customer journeys and to learn how easy our information is to understand and find. The results of the survey have been collated, the feedback summary highlights the key points. Work to address the action points will start in November 2018.
