Scottish government seeks the views of guardians

Nov 05, 2018

The Scottish government have launched a short survey to find out the views of guardians. The survey asks 8 questions about the information and support available before and during the early days of their appointment. The survey is open until 30 November 2018.

As part of the reform of the Adults with Incapacity (Scotland) Act 2000, Scottish government have set up a working group specifically to look at the support and supervision available to guardians. The findings of the survey will be a useful source of information to the group.

We would encourage guardians to participate in the survey to make their views known.
