Due to a heating failure, OPG staff are prevented from working at our office today (Tuesday). Where possible, staff have been redeployed to work from home, however this does mean that it may take a bit longer to get through to speak to a member of staff by telephone.
We are sorry for any inconvenience caused to our customers as a consequence of this. It is hoped that a normal service will resume tomorrow.
