Since March 2020 the majority of powers of attorney (PoA) have been processed electronically under current special measures. For the foreseeable future this practice will continue which means the majority of PoAs received via the postal system will be processed electronically.
Please note that the electronic certificate of registration is a proper extract and is not a temporary certificate. It is as valid as those issued with the red seal. As this style of certificate of registration is valid a hard copy of the registered document will not be issued.
