It has come to our attention that some customers are being charged an additional charge by their credit card supplier, when they are making EPOAR payments. If you are affected by this, please contact your credit card supplier in the first instance, to establish what the charge relates to. We are also investigating the situation, and will post an update here when these investigations have concluded.
