Customers are notified that the majority of fees payable to the Public Guardian will increase from 1 July 2022. Please see The Adults with Incapacity (Public Guardian’s Fees) (Scotland) Regulations 2022 for more information. The fee levels are given effect by the Table of Fees in schedules 1,2 and 3.

- Submitting a power of attorney document or a deed of amendment will increase to £83
- Registration fees for intervention or guardianship orders will increase to £93
- All fees associated with supervising guardians will increase
