Schedule 1 details
all fees payable from 1st July 2022 to 31st March 2023. The Scottish Statutory Instrument 2022 No.184 introduces three fee levels. See The Adults with Incapacity (Public Guardian’s Fees) (Scotland) Regulations 2022 for further information on the fees payable.
The fee levels will increase at planned intervals:
- 1 July 2022 until 31 March 2023 are given effect by the Table of Fees in schedule 1
- 1 April 2023 until 31 March 2024 are given effect by the Table of Fees in schedule 2
- 1 April 2024 onwards are given effect by the Table of Fees in schedule 3
