Change to OPG telephone system

We are aware that customers have experienced difficulties when trying to reach us by telephone. We have reviewed our telephone system and will be bringing in some changes to make things easier when looking for assistance.

Therefore from week beginning 2 May 2023 if you wish to speak with us on the telephone, you can continue to reach us on 01324 678300. When calling this number you will be provided with a list of options to select from:
