New PoA case management system

OPG has received significant investment to help develop a new case management system. Over the past year lots of development work has been going on behind the scenes to design an innovative and effective system for the power of attorney (PoA) work stream. One of the key aims for the new case management system is to drastically improve the current PoA processing times.

We are now ready to launch the testing phase of the new PoA case management system and our staff will be involved in the testing. Staff will also attend mandatory training on how to use the new system. We realise that time spent in the testing and training environment will impact on how quickly we can respond to enquiries. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience the delay may cause. Please bear with us while we undergo the critical test phase ahead of the implementation date, which is anticipated over the next 6 – 8 weeks.
