In January 2025 we explained that two advisory emails would be sent to the sender when a PoA failed to meet the registration criteria. We are pleased to advise that normal service will resume from 31st March 2025 whereby senders will receive a single explanatory email when a PoA, submitted via EPOAR, cannot be registered.
