No power of attorney checking service, Please note that we do not provide a power of attorney (PoA) checking service, as all checks are carried out during the registration service. We read every PoA that is submitted for registration to check if the PoA meets the registration criteria. If we cannot register a PoA we will return all of the documentation to the sender with a letter which explains why we cannot register the PoA.
