EPOAR users - we kindly ask that Extra care is taken when inputting the granter and attorney details. Please note that the details you input will appear on the certificate of registration. You check that the submission has not already been sent to us by a colleague. We ask this as there has been an increase in the number of duplicate submissions being sent by different people in firms. Your assistance with the above is appreciated

If you are writing to inform us that a granter or attorney has died please note we can accept a copy of the original death certificate. As copies are sufficient there is no need to send us the original. Solicitors may notify us in writing and do not need to provide a copy of the death certificate. However please ensure that you provide the key details including the date of death
