Section 19(5)(b) of the AWI Act states that the granter can request us to issue copies of the registered power of attorney (PoA) document to “not more than two specified individuals or holders of specified offices or positions”. Therefore if copies are to be issued please ensure any specified persons are identified in the PoA document either by name or as is more usual, by definition of ‘my attorney(s)’
