Duplicate copies of the certificate of registration

If the power of attorney (PoA) was submitted for registration using the EPOAR online facility, please contact the person who submitted your documents to us, as they will be able to produce a duplicate copy for you.

If the PoA was sent to us by post, the granter or the sender or an attorney exercising their powers can request a duplicate copy of the certificate of registration from us. The duplicate copy will always incorporate a copy of the registered PoA. A fee may be charged for this service.

To request a duplicate copy please write to us and:

• quote the PG case reference number (if known), and/or
• tell us the full name, address and date of birth of the granter
